What is your returns policy? | The supplier shall not be liable to accept any "change of mind" returned products but may at its discretion accept the return of products, provided that such products shall only be accepted for return with the prior approval of a duly authorised representative of the supplier and provided the request is received by the supplier within seven (7) days of the date of delivery. The product needs to be unopened, unused and in original un-damaged packaging. For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Please contact the customer service team before returning your item. Change of Mind Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover costs. **No returns or refunds on sale items |
